RULES & REGULATIONS: Prepared Food Vendors are any vendors that sell ready-to-eat foods prepped off-site or on-site at the market.
PERMITS & COMPLIANCE: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, permits, health codes, fire safety rules, and tax regulations. Vendors are responsible for their own business licenses and liability insurance (if required).
BREAKDOWN: Vendors that are leaving must clear by 4:30 PM. Areas must be left clean, large items or excess trash must be removed by the vendor.
Vendor spaces may not be broken during Event hours — absolutely no “packing up” or clearing of space before 3pm.
REFUND POLICY: Cancellation requests 45 days or more before: 75% refund, if
space can be filled. Cancellations within 45 days of event, $25 refund if space can be filled. Event is rain or shine. No refunds for unexpected circumstances beyond our control (partial credit toward a future event may be considered).
ELECTRICITY: Power is available by request with paid fee. Gas generators
are allowed, but must not be excessively loud and must meet fire department regulations. All cords must be safely secured and taped down.
DISPLAY AREA: All display and selling activity must remain within assigned space. No items, signage, or merchandise may be placed in aisles or public walkways or extend beyond space in any way.
DECORUM: Vendors and staff must maintain professional, courteous, and tasteful conduct. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund. No profanity or offensive material may be included in products or displays.
HOLD HARMLESS: By participating, vendors release Grand Bazaar of Petaluma, Giving4Life, and any sponsoring organizations from all liability for theft, damage, injury, or loss related to participation in the event.

An application is not a guarantee of space. IF ACCEPTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR PAYMENT from Giving4Life.

Friday Setup: Friday 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Saturday Setup: Friday 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Sunday Setup: Saturday 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
