When you volunteer at the Grand Bazaar of Petaluma, you’re not just giving your time—you’re saving lives thru the efforts of Micah’s Hugs. Giving to others is a Gift to Yourself…and a way for you to make a real difference.

How to Sign Up Choose your preferred spot on SignUp. This is a large-scale event featuring over 130 vendors and thousands of expected shoppers, so we need a strong team of volunteers to make it a success! Feel free to sign up for a single shift, or please sign up for multiple shifts if you are able. After selecting your first shift, SignUp will return to the “Spots” page so you can easily add more.

(We apologize for all the ads and offers on the SignUp platform — they are annoying but this free service allows us to direct more funds toward our mission!) You will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp. SignUp does not share your email address with anyone. If you prefer not to use your email address, please contact us and we can sign you up manually.

What to Know Before You Go

• Parking: Please park a short distance away from the main entrance to leave close-in parking available for shoppers, vendors loading equipment, and guests needing accessible spaces. Allow at least 15 Minutes for parking and walking to the Expo area.
• Check-In: Please arrive a few minutes early at the Volunteer Tent to check in for your shift.
• Details Ahead: We will email you detailed event information a few days before your shift.

Special Notes & Requests

• Volunteer Hours: Yes! We can track your hours and provide official proof for community service credits.
• Group Volunteering: Have a group or organization that wants to help? We would love to accommodate you! Please reach out to coordinate your team effort.
• Specialized Skills: Are you an EMT or do you possess other medical or specialized skills? Let us know—we would greatly appreciate your expertise!
