Custom Upcycled Bed Benches
A Fundraiser for Micah’s Hugs.
The benches are made from old beds. 100% of the proceeds goes to micahshugs.org a non-profit dedicated to educating youth of the dangers of substance abuse.
Do you have a Twin or Double Bed you would like to Donate or made into a Bench?
To make a bench, I need the following items:
- Twin bed preferred, Double OK (Queen or King are too big).
- Headboard & Footboard (the foot board must be at least 16″ tall)
- Wood Rails (not metal)
- Slats (optional, I can buy pine boards to make the seat)

After a long career in computers, Michel retired in 2020 and now dedicates some of his time to woodworking.
In his home woodshop, Michel passionately designs and refurbishes furniture, with the resulting projects donated for sale.
