Space is limited.  Applying early increases your chance of acceptance but does not guarantee it. To ensure a good mix of products for shoppers, we will be accepting artists/crafters/vendors by product type — so be sure to describe your item’s unique qualities.

Booth spaces are allocated at our discretion. Criteria includes early and complete applications, flexibility in booth size/days, quality & type of product, and commitment to helping promote the event. Food Concessions, please contact us for application information.

An application is not a guarantee of space. IF ACCEPTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR PAYMENT from Giving4Life. Your space is not guaranteed until payment is received. We will begin selecting and invoicing applicants soon.

Friday Setup: Thursday 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Saturday Setup: Friday 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Sunday Setup: Saturday 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
